Step 1: 糯米洗净,提前用清水浸泡2小时

Step 2: 猪肉与姜一起剁成肉馅,加入适量盐和少许生粉,再根据个人口味加少许鸡精

Step 3: 用筷子顺着一个方向搅拌至上劲儿,腌制半小时

Step 4: 泡好的糯米捞出,充分沥干水分

Step 5: 腌好的肉馅捏成肉圆,放入糯米中滚动,使圆子外层均匀沾满一层糯米

Step 6: 做好的圆子放入蒸笼,底部垫上大白菜,开水上锅,大火蒸15分钟左右即可
