今天来展示一下梁先生的工作午餐便当~~(看着丰富其实超简单)

【主菜】宫保鸡丁

  1. 鸡胸肉切丁,加料酒、白胡椒、淀粉抓匀,腌制10-15分钟
  2. 热锅下油,倒入鸡丁翻炒至变色后盛出。(不用全熟,之后还会再下锅)
  3. 下花椒、蒜片、葱段、姜末、干辣椒,爆香后加入郫县豆瓣,小火翻炒出香
  4. 倒入鸡丁,继续翻炒后,烹入酱汁(生抽、白砂糖、白醋以1:2:2调制)
  5. 至鸡丁快熟后,加入黄瓜丁、熟花生米翻炒,再加水淀粉勾芡
  6. 加盐调味后即可出锅(豆瓣酱已经有咸味了,不用加太多)

【配菜】

  1. 蒜片炒青菜,放入便当后加一点白芝麻
  2. 两个番茄放中间+一块起司
  3. 点心盒里放入番薯,小蛋糕和葡萄
  4. 米饭上放一颗梅子开胃,周围撒上黑芝麻

一份健康好吃的午餐便当就完成啦!
