做烧肉很简单,只要肉质新鲜雪花多,配上好吃的酱料腌渍,简直幸福感爆棚~

【主菜】日式照烧牛肉

照烧酱:酱油2大匙、姜末1匙、洋葱1/2颗切末、味醂2大匙、糖少许、香油1小匙、水适量,放在一直熬制到酱汁浓稠,表面冒泡就好啦。

照烧酱放凉后,和牛肉片一起放进保鲜袋里腌渍半小时后,放在火上煎熟。

表面撒白芝麻,可再另外煎一些蒜片,超级香哦~
