【主菜】蒲烧鳗鱼

酱汁做法:水,酱油,红糖,味淋,料酒五种材料,比例为8:2:1:1:1

将酱汁配好倒入锅中,再把鳗鱼放上去,中火盖上盖子煮,煮到汁儿都开始冒泡泡的时候,关火,再用余热焖5-7分钟,就完成了!
